Why deal directly with the owners of Sunrock Lodge?
Sunrock Lodge may be found on multiple booking sites. What is the benefit of inquiring directly with the owner? If you go through a booking service, you will pay a booking fee that we do not charge. If you use a booking service, you will not be able to obtain the discounts described on the rental info page. If you party is smaller than 8, you may be eligible for a housekeeping discount that is not available if you use a booking service. If you book directly with Sunrock Lodge, you may confirm your reservation with a partial payment upon request if your reservation is thirty days or more into the future. This is not possible with a booking service. Booking services will block communications between us until you have contractually committed and paid your fees in full. We will communicate with you as much as necessary and answer all of your questions BEFORE you are required to make a commitment of any kind.

You complete your reservation by returning a completed contract. We accept the first contract received if there are multiple contracts submitted for the first date.
